The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah explained the most important innovations regarding the implementation of the decision to lift the precautionary measures in the Holy Mosque, the Prophet's Great Mosque and the Prophet's Rawdah.
The most important of these are:
· Lifting permission to pray in the Grand Mosque and visit the Prophet, God's blessings and peace be upon him, and continuing to grant permission to perform the rituals of Umrah and visit the venerable Rawdah.
· Ending the use of social distancing measures in the Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque and maintaining the wearing of masks during the ritual of Umrah.
· No more PCR certificate and abolition of checking vaccination status upon entering the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque for all pilgrims.
And for pilgrims from outside the Kingdom:
· Elimination of quarantine requirements in facilities and at home.
