The Kaaba

Five years before the Prophet ﷺ was called, Quraysh decided to rebuild the Kaaba because. Since the house was made of mud stones stacked on top of each other. The new construction should be a solid building that can withstand torrential rains. Yet, the planned cost was not enough to build the complete house. So Quraysh decided to limit the area of the house with a semicircular wall. Aisha -God's pleasure be upon her- said, "I asked the Messenger of God, Allah's blessings and peace be upon him, about the wall, is it a part of the house? He said: Yes, I said: Why did they not enter it into the house? He said, "Your people do not have enough money"^[1].

Naming this part of the house as "Hijr Ismail" is colloquial and not legitimate. Since the construction of the house took place after Ismail's time. Finally, we point out that the wall - as we have presented - is part of the house and thus it is not permissible to circumambulate it without it^[2]. The Kaaba is located in the center of the Holy Mosque and contains the Black Stone that came down from Paradise. It has a door and a gutter made of pure gold. The Kaaba covered with a black dress with golden embroidery which has some verses of the Holy Quran.
